I am being eaten alive by mosquitoes
standing in the swamp of your reasoning
mired down by this backwoods logic
having all the solidity of a bog's sturdiness---
buoyant rotting deckwood twined together
underfoot

Stagnating in the dark water
reside Truths collected throughout millenia
Investments deposited into no particular account
and although preserved, the interest accrued
from these will eventually be consumed
likewise by the acidic nature of an apathy
you have mistaken for philosophy

Let's rave!
 
Put your hands up in the air for that pest,
Billy the Bedbug!
Who heck is that you ask?
Shoulders you may shrug
 
Well, he's the baddest bedbug
to ever hit paint the town
since the maid forgot Room 302;
never did the turndown
 
Billy's a tiny critter with an awful bite
and enjoys partying on your back all night
While you sleep, him and his buddies creep

A man's home is his castle    
    
I'll say it again;    
a man's castle is his house    
     
When her man is away---    
the young servant girls    
scatter every which way    
in decadent games    
of cat and mouse    
     
And when she plays?    
   
She plays for keeps    
     
Foreplay in the courtyard    
on rooftops or stairwell steeps---    
ample, the examples of her    
illicit lovin leaps    
     
The maids on holiday    
dress up in her finest...
