My Man
He's strong and independent
He's full of experience with being wise
He would wear a mask for the world
But with me, he never needed a disguise
I kept on waiting for him
Because I've always loved him so
I caught him looking back for me
For he would never really go
He protects me
Along with putting me in my place
He would tell me "It's better off this way"
But I could never forget that face
He's fierce and brave
Not someone easily stopped
I was always taking that challenge
Wanting to be the key...

Solar Flare (Stars of the Eclipse Pt. 2)
I made it through the night
Now the sun is in my eyes
I finally passed out by 4:00 AM
With a few things I've realized
When it comes to my eclipse
Did it hit midnight, or when I went to sleep?
When I was losing my hours
Who was counting my sheep?
There might be anger in my flare
And I'm starting to talk
I'm trying to open my wings
But I'm stuck taking a walk
Feeling the wind through my hair
But wait, where did my lover go?
He probably wanted to go chase the sun
But why didn't he let me know?
Maybe...
Now the sun is in my eyes

With a few things I've realized
When it comes to my eclipse

Stars Of The Eclipse Pt. 1
Trapped under the night sky
And it's starting to burn
Having all these disorders
I'm starting to get concerned
Feeling the pressure of a lover
I'm starting to get scared
Kissing his lips as he's pressed against me
With his hands running through my hair
The moonlight standing over a starving garden
Watching endless flowers die
I'm still searching for myself
Hoping I don't go blind
I wish I could fly
To look down on the life i was given
I wonder about my self-harm
The drug I started at eleven
At one...

Rain
The cold drops hit my face
The wind starts kissing the rain
I wonder how that water feels
And if it's crying in pain
I watch them create a puddle
The birds go for a swim
I would challenge them to a tearing contest
But I know they would win
My skin is getting the chills
But the garden is relieved
The feeling of replenishment
I can see it on the leaves
The determination of the weather
Shows by the clouds getting darker
I started to hear the voice of reason
As the rain poured harder

It was always you
The one that would control my time
I will ask you this once more
Will I always be on your mind?
Right now, I'm laying in bed
Wearing nothing but perfume
I am rare like those Autmn roses
But I will try my best to bloom

Trying to be louder than my heart
Late at night, when your arms are not here...

I thought about you
Then I thought about what you did
Now looking back, it's sad
How I fell for your words, only being a kid
I ran up a flight of stairs
However, it felt like a reverse escalator
You tore it down like Legos
And I was hoping you were the creator
This all gets confusing
Losing my chances of a clear mind
You took away my map and laughed

He brought me to a hotel
Room number 225
I was a nervous girl, in the dark
However, never felt more alive
He gave me lace
Told me to "Try it on for size"
Made me wash my make-up off
So, I had not a single disguise

Crimson Sky
I look out the window
And I see white and grey clouds
My thoughts write words
I start to read them aloud
Some don't make sense
As I have the peeking sun in my eyes
I start counting my mistakes
Along with the birds that fly by
The words in my thoughts start to angry
Then the sky starts to turn green
The tornado of flashbacks
Starts to make a regretful scene
I try to erase the words
Turn my thoughts into a blank page
But how could I do that?
If I'm stuck in bad decision's cage
I was once a monster ...
