Your hands become the twine
Tangled up in her hair
Held fast in braids undone,
Unfurling for lust as bright as the seven suns.

Assumptions
Always love it when
Silly people think
Something they read fits
Until they realize it can't fit only one view.
Many's the time that worlds collide
Punctuated by oopses and ahhs and sorrys,
Till the author in question reveals
Internal causations for change
Overtly cause editing themes undecided
Now become the final new
Sole intended genre.

Liken to One Love
She walked to the tennis courts, not far from the parallel street sweet shop. It was hot and sunny at the worst possible time of day, straight up noon. Sunscreen in hand, she felt undaunted by the blazing sky. There were tall Elm like shade trees over hanging above the 10 foot fences surrounding the courts in every corner. Shade could be found there if the angle of the sun was right behind any of them.
A siren made her look backwards from where she had briskly walked about a 1/4 mile. Nothing visible noted, she continued towards the lockers lining each side of the court....

An Equation
That began with two
eager souls intense,
no pretense or bull…
now has lost digits.
No longer equal duo
but situationship
gone to the louse heap
where roaches replace
romance with scores,
liken to one love
against parallels
slanted honey drips,
uneven at best.

Dead Zones
Of sleep it can be said
Dreamless states beyond life,
Experiences of the damned
Sequentially unfolding in rifes.
Plethoric memories
Processes in dark trance,
Endemic visions
In brain waves steeped by romance.
Yet sleep that feels real
Often is enhanced by beliefs,
As though the blanks also feel
Part of currents and realities motifs.
Sometimes the waves aren't yours
But, an overlay of anothers theta
Waves of awareness,
Gone away to forgotten input data.
Dreamless states beyond life,

distrust sends a heart
to hesitant natured mind,
lending calm vibes to parts
known to shake in stirring times.
sending sparkling visions
for inner peaceful moments,
trepidation situation calls for solutions
whenever fascinations become tense.
scant dare the thoughts
panting in dark corners,
quant of the ways sought
after, under silken covers.

Diamonds cannot become stones in the ocean,
Seas smooth away some flaws with time.
Timely are the ebbs and flowings
So flow as you must through life.
Conjure with movements slow,

Yesternights
Yesternights love
is the foil of todays
lunch wrapped loaf
of meat, no gravy.
Somenights joy
is the shrunken head,
voiceless by marriage
to beef stroganoff.
Leapnights star
is nowhere to be found;
not even under bridges
where trolls dine on your sauce.

Elemental Layers
Beneath the onion skin
Are ancient sins
Ancestors permit to win.
Dip the fear in hopes bin
Where children make din
Skinning their knees and shins.
Somehow we let it sink in,
Into abyss of yearning begins
The peelings to become whole again.

Wiggle Room
I'm drinking the milk
Of the moments pure peace,
Pieces of self floating
In a tall milkshake,
A cow stolen in the nights
Stygian cave of twilit life.
The jerk around's
Left bones dangling
In thin spaces
Of forgotten voids.
Clearance of this runway
Ran away with the spoons
Past Mars and Milky Ways
Bleak black basement holds;
Jersey never looked so good
As the wood of fir trees at Yule.
The touchstones lost
Last time standing
Was first time walking
Learning Libra...

No Pills
I don't want that pill,
Just let me spill
All over yon grassy hill,
The way of words is rain that fills
A cup of tea boiled black
Whilst midnight's moon turns its back
Backlit stage illumines my lack.
I won't take colorful pills
Till the script is magniloquent
As I lean above gated fence,
Trotting on with rhetorical sense,
Bridling the larynx in spit spate
Floods of hearts blood, drenched,
Pricked and pickled by ostrich quills.
Just let me spill
