Suicide prevention
I often wonder who would still be alive if we really knew the needs of the mind………..
I encourage you to listen in without voicing your views or opinion ………..
I encourage you to lend an ear but do not speak as death is near
I often wonder who is deceased
Them or I
I know who suffers
not one or the other
We suffer on both sides
I know those who uttered words that do not comfort have taken peoples lives
Proper treatment and medication
Proper support and psych’s
Cannot compare to proper care and understanding of an ill mind
...

Farming full stops
Life at times for me is loudly challenging
My minds rides me often
Questions of progression
Yelling at me
“Come on, get it happening”
So I strain on my writing like I’m going out of fashion
yet I’ve yet to make a comeback
Haven’t lost that crawling under my skin
my body itches to be scratched

in the middle right lower back
My minds insides fidget like
those spinners kids have to distract
Inside me lies a light hearted story
A creative mistake that brought one artists
Passion to glory ...

What came first, the chicken or the egg?
BOTH OF THEM!
What came first, the words or the madness?
BOTH OF THEM!
There's no Rhyme or reason for nothing
UNLESS YOU MAKE IT UP YOURSELF
SO
Why did the chicken cross the road?
TO GET TO THE OTHER SIDE!!
Why does all my poetry Rhyme?
I LIKE THE WAY IT SOUNDS LIKE

Paranoid pieces
First there’s the need
I’m paranoid for it
If it scares me
I must explore it
Just likeThe puzzle called jigsaw
Sift the pieces Let them shift
then it’ll fit
Right where the paranoia allows it to sit .
In riddles, rhymes and words
Truth exists
In babble I’m heard
By the deaf

Only able to be heard when said
to those who listen to the dead

The language of god
I eat ya raps up like a big hitter
But No rusty bike I’m pushing up this hill
Its a baby killer .
Your speaking my language
Your music makes me move
I’m dead asleep when at the dead I’m spitting
but at night I sleep in a bed that they’ve all spit in
Fuck it Makes me blue
when I feel you make you own beats
you don’t run from the blues
I’m kind and good
just like you
I’m made from evil too .

This way I execute my rhymes it’s like a game of eye spy with a bunch of sounds like clues
I’m the fox in socks rapping with the big cat hat on

Happy sad Mother’s Day
To those mothers who don’t have their kids and never get a gift on Mother’s Day
I want to give you all this little poem
to let you know
You not alone
I’m hurting just like you .
For some it’s filled with love
Kisses hugs and gifts
Happy smiling faces
A happy Mother’s Day it is
thats only the way the day is
for the mums
who still have their kids .
For me this day is pain
I’m a mother and on this day I suffer
Today is not like the others
There’s no relief on this one day ...

Worth the fight
Stronger each day that I try
Im moving on,
Not just getting along.
That one decision changed my life.
Consumed by not feeling alive,
every day made me wish that I’d die.
I didn’t care enough to try,
I couldn’t move, Just sit and cry.
Undeserving, selfish, worthless
So dead and numb inside.
Sunlight my greatest hate
Mornings tears cried straight away,
I’d weep for hours, never rising my head.
Cold cheeks,
runny nose and Dizziness.
My sad face buried deep all day,
in a soaking wet pillowcase.
...

I felt I was the only one who thought like me
Until I found on here a whole heap
same but different
Like but not me.
Others who think deep and see
What it means
living a life writing poetry
To feed their minds with what they read
Writing our thoughts

Those letters may seem light as a feather but in a sentence together
they become much heavier
I feel the rising weight of each line
