Anything For You
To sleep late in the night,
And wake before day break.
For mine and your dreams to fight,
Leaving ill-wishing admirers envying in our wake.
Down my gullet to swallow my pride.
Yours to precede mine woes.
To forever be by your side,
And consider those that hurt you my foes,
To brave arrows of the rain and darts of the sun.
To stick by you and your guns,
And forever be your number one fan.
To love you in rhymes and pet you in puns.
All these things I’m ready to do
For you, yeah, for you and only you.
And wake before day break.
For mine and your dreams to fight,

My Skin, My Sin
Though various verifiable variations emerge,
Among beings moulded from dust,
All are carbon copies of their moulder’s image.
Hence to treat all with love is a divine must.
Separately, colours of the rainbow are scarcely that splendid,
But behold the rainbow as a whole;
After the dull colours have divinely blended.
Moral; diversity is divine. Uniformity, a bore.
Yet here I am, living in
Fear. All because of my skin.
I hardly chose to like this, be born.
I was born to...

Murderer Nature
Oh Nature, what kind of mother are you?
Me thinks you are cruel and unfair!
In others you impart loads of talents, in others a few!
About others you care more, about others you hardly care!
Nature, you are more of a murderer than a mother:
Your favourites, when ripe old, you pluck;
Your least favourites in their pods you smother,
Or you curse them with long life devoid of luck!
Your favourites boast of intelligence, beauty and all.
Your least favourites suffer of intelligence e.t.c a dearth.
Gave you them life so you could treat them so? ...
