From fitting words together to somehow make a link; I seek not fame nor fortune but rather to make others think about things differently. Though money would be nice for these words I write ~ without it I still scribe, sometimes through the night.

Imagination of Our Mind
To envision night devouring time
as each new moon begins to climb
in slow degrees, by more and more
up in heights, my sight did soar
How long ago I may not know
or where the four winds blow
to see, it only goes to show
it'll take you, where you wanna go
And may her light encompass me
with its radiant blue to see
what lies beneath your spell tonight
ev'rything is gonna be all right

of unconscious desires so entwined

Under Your Shadow
Night slipping on its black shirt
It's mind fully alert
To show the Moon
How to Dance in tune
Which all started the month of June
As you close your Eye-s leave a small crack
Says Night so I'll know where you're at
And as you open them wide
Know that I'll always be by your side
Even if you try to hide
When the Storm tries to tear us apart
I will keep us together in the Dark
To show it we can win
This is how we begin
As we will never give in
For our Love is here to stay
As your Heart passes my way ...

A Simple Man
I'm a simple man, with simple words to say,
I live a simple life, in a simple way.
All I can say, are these simple words...
My future is still uncertain
I know not where I'll be
But in the past few weeks, I've prayed
That you will be with me.
My love for you has grown from day to day
I miss you more and more
If love is hurting while apart
No wonder my heart is so sore.
I hold you close within my heart
Wishing in my arms you lie
I cannot help the way I feel
Nor do I wish to try.
One thing I know...
I live a simple life, in a simple way.
All I can say, are these simple words...

Rains Keep Fallin'
I was down on my luck
While simply thunderstruck
Now, as the sun rises
My life, it comprises
Of my things in my truck
I've been calling
Rains keep fallin'
You keep stallin'
Never gonna give up
You're my back-up
Thought that I could see
What you wanted me to be
The part of me that wouldn't fit
Became the reason for our split

Night Prowls
Occasionally at night a prowling I go
Things I search by moonlight
Looking for anything that glows
Searching treasures that come to sight
Half the night spent dumpster diving
Other times strolling around storefront lots
Cautious of the vehicles folks driving
Picking up money that I spot
Occasionally a customer gives me a buck
Other times I'm offered a cigarette
But most times I don't have any luck
Those are times I'd like to forget

A Word Poem by Intoxcy8me
When words are not enough,
then I'll have to think of more stuff.
I will invent new phrases,
even the ocean has its waves.
My love for you grows each day,
while I sing the most solemn praise.
Nothing can separate you and I,
no matter if I write enough to fill the sky.
Whose words is that? I think I know.
Its owner is quite happy though.
Full of joy like a vivid rainbow,
I watch her laugh. I cry hello.
She gives my words a shake,
And laughs until her bellyaches.

Dreams into Words
I was placed into a dream,
and nothing was what it really seems.
As I went deep yet deeper still,
Its lasting longer than you think they will.
I can still envision it in my mind,
like a cinema being streamlined.
Well-defined as I lay reclined,
played out by this Mastermind.
Designing this Dream World,
intriguing scenes, my words are hurl'd.
As if the lines were inscribed pointed the way,
inside their very goodness burnes the day.
Before I'm shone by this Mastermind,
while still in bed, my body completely...
and nothing was what it really seems.

Love and Despair
Some days are dark and clouded,
Stars fear to shine and the moon is shrouded.
My joy has gone I force out a smile,
Within the storms of life, I wait a little while.
Some days, even moments, I'm filled with despair,
The sadness of the hour makes it harder to bear.
Everywhere I turn, I see no way out,
I've torn apart with despair or doubt.
These things have destroyed my hope,
I can't find a way to cope.

A Walk in November Rain
She slowly walks in The November Rain,
Countless scars endless rhythm of her pain.
With the love of the storm, she turns,
Raindrops of tears they surely burn.
Lightning flashes across the sky,
My how time seems to fly.
Our steps in sync can be found,
To our home, we are bound.
With a touch of pain, she cries,
Rain on flesh and hair and eyes.
When the joy of walking she replies,
Has taken him by surprise.
