When I read
Her words,
I’m no longer
Numb.
A million
Fucking miles
Away, she still
Puts a smile
On my face.
She talks dirty
Better than
Any other
Girl I know,
All the while
Writing these
Love poems

Believe it could

Move my feet.

Six months went by and
Nobody knew she was dead.
Her family perished in a car
Accident the year before and
She’d always been a loner.
After the accident, she got a
Loft and paid six months
Rent in advance.

I get stoned and
Listen to the Stones--

That Black Cat
Walking out after paying for my gas,
I could hear the sounds of meows.
I knew a cat was around, so I looked.
It was a cold night, very cold, and
I found the black cat begging to get
Into the gas station to warm up.
It had somehow lost it’s
Tail and had a couple scars.
I figured it had been abused.
I called for it and slowly, it came to me.
It’s fur was freezing and I could feel it shiver.
I sat there petting it and trying to warm it up
For nearly an hour before I recognized that
I’d only...

When The Party Ends
The party is over.
I knew all along it would
End. It had to sometime.
Now, here I am, watching the
Sunrise, smoking a joint, and
Drinking the last of the liquor.
My wallet is empty and the
Girls are gone, but still the music
Plays, reminding me that there are
Many more celebrations to be had.
This won’t be my last hurrah.
There will always be another party,
Another girl, and another great time.

Peeping Tom
He creeps and crawls
Behind the blinds of
Your windows, waiting,
Stalking, and breathing as
You undress before his eyes.
His impulses get the best of
Him and soon your skin is his
Desire. Every Night he watches
You as you sit in front of the screen,
Pondering, masturbating, and
Questioning. He wonders weather
You could be his. Are you weak?
Will you succumb to his manipulation?
Is your soul easy enough to take?
Months go on and the shadow remains.
Are the cops worth calling? Will they
Help? Or will they just piss...
