I just started writing again after almost ten years, but I would say most of my work is self-reflective with a melancholic vibe. Also sometimes I write societal critiques.

Faces within
I like being outside in nature
Laughing with friends in the sun
I like making food, getting lost in the woods
Or dancing and all kinds of fun
But when I feel bad, angry and sad
There’s one thing I really enjoy
It’s when you make me mad, I treat you as my pet
Play around as if you were my toy
I’m really a sociable creature
People like me for being so warm
But when I feel alone, out of my comfort zone
I very well might do you harm
I’ll say it’s your fault, that you’re nasty and cold
And a selfish and uncaring boy...

Dialogue with my shadow
I hate myself,
And I don’t want to live.
I can’t find the courage,
To try and forgive.
Just breathe
But my mind’s full of fog,
And I can’t seem to focus.
Or deal with bad thoughts,
It all seems so hopeless.
Just breathe
So please can you tell me
What difference it makes,
If everything I do
Turns into a mistake?
Just breathe
It’s not that simple,
My life is a mess.
If only you’d know,
The things I should confess.
Just breathe
But I hurt so many...
And I don’t want to live.
