POEMS AND SHORT STORIES
Poet Introduction
I am a creepypasta writer (with some relative success) and an occasional poet that loves writing - and getting feedback for that writing!
Feed the Machine
In this dark finding of immortality.
Lies the death of true individuality.
The moving cogs block out our screams.
“Wash away the filth, and become clean.”
The inhuman heartbeat feeding our fears,
The unbelievers’ blood oiling its gears.
Words forming sentences from crimson gleans,
A speech from our metal queen:
“For what reason is there to be afraid?”
Quoth an icy voice that cuts like a blade,
Inferiority; unreality at the seams,
Eyes glued to the television screen.
“Our assimilation is complete,”
Betrayed by human feat....

The Earthen Maw
Thousands upon thousands of years
Monuments standing the test of time
Human achievement soaring high
But is this how we end?
Slipping like quicksand through the ground
Skyscrapers no longer standing tall
Our time turning into a passing memory
From ashes our age returns to dust.
Purge the world, pull us under
Swallow humanity through its earthen maw
Mother Nature reclaims her throne
Father Time shows no sympathy nor remorse.
Our cars, our houses, tugged below
Beasts watching on with tilted heads
Man slipping through the...

Torture Garden
I walk through these tainted fields of somewhere beyond
Dying ashes strewn across the grass and death abound
My attention soon turned towards the faint whispers distantly
As big footsteps started to approach, their shadows dancing
Lit by floating candlelight, body shuddering and shunned those
Of the infernal, the most vile and twisted contortions
They slowly pulled me apart painfully piece by piece
My eyes began to darken, I felt their nails
Fiends clawing, tearing my spirit out of the husk
Tortured, and preyed upon for the rest of oblivion ...

I Am
I am not one name but many.
I am the knife held to your throat.
I am your guts spilled on the floor.
I am what took your friend away.
I am the noose tied around your neck.
I am the spirit spreading lies.
I am vengeance striking down on you.
I am the ancient evil.
I am the club bashing your brain in.
I am the gun pointed to your head.
I am hidden within your mind.
I am what used to be your face.
I am the blade that serves justice.
I am the chair channeling electricity.
I am the unquestionable presence.
I am the murderer...

Unfaithful
They turn away from the Paradise awaiting;
Their foolish ways need to be punished.
When they question Your will,
You retreat to the clouds.
Others have lived for you,
Faithful to their dying beds.
Others have died for you,
Gates of eternity will open.
They refuse your immortal offer.
Scorn them of the church.
They refuse to read the scripture.
Let the devil have their mercy.
Ignore their cries, ignore their prayers.
And Hell shall be their only answer now.
Let them writhe, let them all die.
There are always souls in...

Human Form
Evil, surviving time and evolution,
Hidden inside the tree of life.
Pent up and eternally bitter,
It plots beneath our flesh.
Malice, an invoker.
Like poison, it enters the skin.
Malcontent, so pure and true,
Unleashes the hatred locked away.
To free the beast
To empathize the beast
To embrace the beast
To become the beast
I adopt my inner monstrosity,
Strip myself of my human form.
Hidden inside the tree of life.
Pent up and eternally bitter,
It plots beneath our flesh.
Malice, an invoker.
Like poison, it enters the skin.
Malcontent, so pure and true,
Unleashes the hatred locked away.
To free the beast
To empathize the beast
To embrace the beast
To become the beast
I adopt my inner monstrosity,
Strip myself of my human form.

A New Day [Just a "Nightmare" sequel]
He fell to the cold floor with a wet plop as his lifeblood spilled around his head. His feet gave a small twitch before glowing limp. His glasses shattered when his face met the floor, shards lying around his head with his eyes closed, a small, black hole at the base of his neck where the bullet entered through. The others around you ran out screaming towards the door. One of them tried to quickly phone the police, dialing it on the phone before she looked up to see you and ran off to do so outside in fear.

The Key [Discontinued "Hanging Gardens" sequel]
We were all given keys when we first reported to our latest base, what we would consider to be our temporary home for the day before we headed off tomorrow, and given a lecture of what keys are. Of how to find the right door at the right time, and that we will soon see what he meant, whatever that would mean. A strong believer in superstition, I attached my own to a necklace and let it hang loosely around my neck while most others simply shrugged and/or discarded it after we were sent to our camps.
I had time to write home before falling asleep. Being drafted to war when I was about...

Another ["Subjected to a Beating" sequel]
Ahh, winter. The colder and bitter time of the year, the perfect time for going back to work, I believe. It has to be; that is, after all, when all of this first began. I have been stalking her for the past month now; she was a mother of two children, her husband died last year after committing suicide at his job. It was quite impressive, to say the least. She did find another man sometime after that, however. They lived happily together, in a small house at the end of the street.
She was next. She wouldn’t know why she was next, but she’ll understand.
Everything dies. I am...

Villainelle for the Sick
I’m driven by the voices inside my head,
I am tormented by them in everlasting disgrace.
(The answer is in the slaughtered dead)
In the dawn of night, his body lies in dread
For he was caught by death’s cold embrace.
I’m driven by the voices inside my head.
Another victim, a knife is drawn, the blood runs red.
I discriminate neither by gender nor race,
(The answer is in the slaughtered dead)
For crimson is her tomb, her bed
A look of surprise upon her pretty face.
