Troubled Lives
Look into her eyes she's completely withdrawn,
Everything she's been through brought it on.
The ones who are the closest, do you think they can tell,
That all she's become is an empty shell.
How do you think she got this way?
These are the memories locked away.
Broken lives, full of lies,
He didn't think twice before he blacked her eyes.
Pain, anguish, sadness, grief,
Still she's left in disbelief.
Breach of trust, full of disgust,
It's time to step back and readjust.
She's slowly learning to love...
Everything she's been through brought it on.

Sick Love
Sick Love
Every once in a while you find a love so true,
It blind sides you and you don't know what to do.
But you soon find out that that love ain't true,
It's a sick twiztid love that leaves us feeling blue.
They do rotten things and treat us bad,
And wonder why were always sad.
Listen up boys we need a man,
Don't get mad were taking a stand.
We don't need you and the foul things you do,
Go fuck your trap chickens like we know you do.
We need a man to take your place,
Oh look now who has a real sad face.

An Addicts Mind
An Addicts Mind
Take a tour through and addicts mind,
But I'll warn you, you might end up in an asylum confined.
The things we think, the things we do,
Aren't for the faint of heart like you.
I alone have done and survived things that would kill you.
That's nothing to brag about it's true,
I wish I would have chose a path like you.
If only y'all could understand
The daily pain and regret we addicts withstand.
It's enough to make a sane man crazy,
That's why we take big shots and make our minds go hazy.

Entwined
A pill to take the pain away,
Only for it to return another day.
A hit to make the voices quit,
They tell you it'll end with just one slit.
A shot in the vein to numb the brain,
But this time you feel your life start to drain.
Addiction and Depression should teach a lesson,
When two become one, the lesson is done.
Your life is gone, sucked away,
You didn't make it another day.
Oh how I wish you would have stayed,
A once bright soul, now decayed.
Stuck in the cycle, repeat, rewind,
Addiction and Depression now forever entwined.
Only for it to return another day.

I'm Not Like You
Jealous of me, threatened by me?
I laugh at you so hard, you see?
I'm not like you, you're not like me,
I don't want the man you think you see.
He looked at me since day one, you see?
Personally it made me want to flee.
He winked his eye seductively,
I fiddled around productively,
To lose attention, to lose his lust,
Please quit looking at my bust!
He creeped me out real bad, you see?
He promised you, your all he'd be.
He lied to you, he tried for me,
I didn't follow through, you see?
You should be mad at...

I miss you
You came to me out of the blue,
I didn't know what to do.
But I knew I liked you from the start,
You're the one who stole my heart.
No matter what I do, I can't forget you,
I loved you tho you never knew.
I wish know I would have told you.
You've been gone now for so long,
And my heart feel like it don't belong.
It don't belong here with me,
Because it's in heaven with you, you see?
Why did you take the shot?

Love
When to let go?
The answer to that I'll never know.
Love makes us do stupid things,
Like donne stupid apparel, and try on rings.
Love should be simple, and love should be true,
But why does love, always leave us feeling blue?
Well maybe, just maybe, that love isn't for you.
You think you loved that one, but no,
It was all wrong, right from the go.
You were just blinded, and you couldn't see,
Just right where you were meant to be.
But you opened your eyes, and saw through the lies,
A total Bitch, when you severed the ties.
But through it all,...
The answer to that I'll never know.

I loved you
I love you,
But you hurt me. You confuse me.....
I think about you all the time. I can't seem to get you off my mind.
I sit here and reminisce,
About the time you gave my soul a kiss.
You came to me in my time of need,
I knew it was a bad idea indeed.
I was in a hole and all was dark,
But you lit up my world with just one spark.
I wasn't supposed to catch feelings, and neither were you,
Now what are we supposed to do?
These feelings suck, I want them to go away,
But good god damn, they're here to stay.
You hid them well, still do to this...

Alone
I've learned to trust no one,
It's better that way in the long run.
In a room full of people, and always alone,
Thats why I'm always on my phone.
Isolated, in solitary, me, myself and I,
Oh, but this time you won't see me cry.
My sorrow runs deep,
I want to forever go to sleep.
Lethargic, listless, lifeless,
Mindless, in a crisis.
A walking catastrophe,
Its down right blasphemy.
The daily hustle,
Lets see how many feathers we can rustle.
Although you might need some muscle,
If you want to get down and tussle.

Afflicted
AFFLICTED
How non addicts see addiction,
Hysteria, chaos, mass confusion
It's all in your head, it's all an illusion,
A figment of the imagination,
It's nothing but a hallucination.....
How addiction is,
I always do this to myself,
Invader of my own mind.
Never knowing what I'll find entwined,
In the complex web of undefined.
Searching for some peace of mind.
They don't understand the way I feel,
Or the methods of which I choose to deal.
If only they knew what goes on inside my head,
The feelings of dread,...
