Somebody, Anybody , Save Me
Reminiscing on my past
you'd think that I'd smile
about all I've survived through
But I beat myself up
and I cry every night
asking God, what shall I do ?
Some say bittersweet
I say just bitter
because that's how life has treated me
noticing all the negatives
and none of the positives
bringing my own self to ruins
Somebody, Anybody
Save Me
For-seeing what is to come
you'd think that I'd know
what to expect out of life
Yet, I don't see a change
I'm expecting things to
remain the same
Some say time heals...

Dear World,
I'm tired of the pain and the tears
and the situation I'm going through
I've been going through for many years
Who shall I turn to ?
My love turned to hate
My decisions turned into fate
I wanna change !
but dang IM TOO LATE....
You see...........
Everybody has a story to tell
Everybody has a life to live
Everybody's going to heaven or hell
Everybody's got love to give
Who cares for those who have no one to run to ?
Who cares for those who have no one to turn to ?
You think you know someone
but reality tells you different
So...
and the situation I'm going through
I've been going through for many years
Who shall I turn to ?
My love turned to hate
My decisions turned into fate
I wanna change !
but dang IM TOO LATE....
You see...........
Everybody has a story to tell
Everybody has a life to live

Insecure
Many girls say: I wish I was like her
beautiful with a pretty smile
carefree with a sense of style
they have no self-confidence
they feel noticed
but in a negative way
If they don't love themselves
what can we say ?
Their insecure
But they weren't just born this way
Something happened to them one day
they could have been raped
and talked down on as a child
ANYTHING could have happened
Many girls say: Why did this happen to me ?
Who am I supposed to be ?
What is it that the world see's in me ?
Our opinions only matter...

Time's Up
Everyday its something different
with you, with me
I hate to be the one to break it to you
But we just werent meant to be
I'm tired of playing all these games
Trying to get you to understand
this is your loss, not mine
I can find a better man
Someone who'll love me for me
and all my flaws too!
Someone who'll care for me
And do all the things you didn't do
Awwww no , come on , don't cry
Isn't this what you wanted ?
to be free to do what you wanna do
without me getting mad at you
Well go right ahead !
this is your chance...
with you, with me

Let Go
I keep holding on to this love
that doesn't love me back
I don't need any witnesses
I know this for a fact
I'm smiling in its face
and it's talking behind my back
That's a shame
Why does love play so many games?
"Let Go!", My friends tell me
But I tell them it's meant to be
Its sad 'cause in the end
I hurt only me
I prayed and I cried
That this time love would be real
But I guess he didn't care
How am I supposed to feel?
Let Go!

'Cause I have to go back!
I'm stuck in this love trap
And I can't get...

Reality Just Hit Me
Are you aware of who I am?
Do you have any idea of who I'll become?
Do you take me for a joke?
ARE YOU AWARE OF WHO I AM?
I used to walk with my head down
afraid to display my face
A mixture of complex thoughts in my mind
My heart was running a race
What's missing?
Several people ask this question
and they search thoroughly for the answer
But only you can truly determine
what's missing in your life
I glance back on old times
Some of which I miss
Not once did I imagine
That my life would be like this

Do you have any idea of who I'll become?
Do you take me for a joke?

Myself Revealed
I met a young girl
So beautiful and sweet
but beyond her smile
was a pain so deep
She cried every night
before she went to sleep
She called it "fasting"
but she just didn't want to eat
She knew the main upstairs would take care of her
But not knowing her fate had truly scared her
She tried to run
but ended up right back where she started
Yet in school, she was one of the smartest
Disobedient, Dishonest, and always telling lies
She became the girl that many
wanted to despise
She thought she could control
what was...

Death Of A Broken Love
Reminded of the memories that I
once held close to me
I realize I'm about to lose you
and then I see the knife
hanging out the back of me
Instead of removing it
you turned it round and round
and you left me for dead on the ground
WHY
Do I get no credit
for the times that I was there
I believed you when you said
you were different
Was I a fool?
and then again I see
the knife hanging out the back of me
and instead of removing it
you added another
and again you left me for dead
Tears are not present at this time...
