Class Act (Fallout 4)
The simplest of starts,
A decade of revolution,
When paternity and guidance drifted apart,
With leather jacket banners marked my breakout social intrusion,
To replace the sorrowful suits and camo bandannas,
Loathing the silver idols lining the streets peddling their new cause,
Of fire and brimstone raining down on the icy plains of Alaska,
Preaching patriotic mantras tinged with bloodthirsty cried to give you pause,
And consider the cozy live you've been living behind white picket bars,
So I heeded the call and traded in my wanderlust and dreams of diamond...

Lady Nicoteen
I'm losing my fuckin mind here,
Spent all last year looking for my friend when another decides to just wash ashore,
Stirring up all kinds of shit that I can't drown out with weed and beer,
Don't get me wrong it's great to have Max back even if she can be such a bore,
But this whole time-traveling crap just flies right over my head,
And all this gun-waving, life-saving, Arcadia Bay-ing, shit just sounds like one big crackpot conspiracy,
*sigh* I have to be strong for her, I can't afford to lose another friend...or make another enemy,
Haha if only Rachel could see me...

End All, Thorn of My Heart
Oh thorn of my heart,
Why do you linger,
You raptured on the ramparts,
With gentle coos to bemuse and beleaguer,
My antagonist persona of strangling vines and petrified bark,
Entranced by your words of amber,
I found solace in your arms,
Entwined in love at last I eagerly await your call,
And yet as endless days wear away the calendar,
Our separation has no end in sight,
I spend my waking hours earnestly looking over my shoulder awaiting your return,
Aimlessly wandering along the overgrown paths we made during our romantic nights,
Your name...

Fire and Fuse
I strike a blow,
To prove that gods can bleed,
When pierced by an arrow,
Tipped with a poison concocted from imperialistic greed,
Not a gaping wound,
Yet left alone to fester,
A bomb left primed and fused,
To end this world's helter skelter,
Inciting the death of a nation,
And the birth of a new world,
Free from patriotic prostration and international incineration,
Hark the combustion heralds as our new flag unfurls,
The white flag of surrender awash with a dynasty's blood,
Poised aloft a skeletal flagpole,
A worthy tapestry to depict...

The Glass Basilisk
Denying the change,
Your lipstick clutched tightly,
But beware my dear those empty promises may leave you broken and deranged,
An erratic arousal from images of the high and mighty,
Worshiping an ivory tower existence complete with hollow halls and launch pad balconies,
Remain wary of your left hand's desperate grasps to hold dear,
The haunting spectrum of a phantasmal queen demanding to be revered,
Her basilisk gaze locks you in place,
Hold your breath and keep your composure when she approaches,
Crawl under your bed utter every prayer flat on...

We Drink Our Silver
Monetary values,
Cultural commonwealth,
The deviant's avenue,
A haven for sore bones and poor health,
Chiseled tongues,
Limp limbs,
Brandished to persecute and shun,
The light emanating from within,
Our communal corner,
Tucked away in the dark,
Home to him and her,
A Gothic contrast polarizingly stark,
Subtle whispers,
Communication through quivering lips,
Seeking refuge in the Little Dipper,
Our sanctioned piece of the sky upon where hope drips,
Its silver love into desperate mouths,
Under the searing sun,
The people cry...

The Devil Was Right
Spawned from cosmic dust,
Our eyes buried underground,
Lungs yearning for oxygen to combust,
The steel in our spine kept under the weight of the Earth pound by pound,
With the grit under our nails the permanent bond to the soil,
To spark the unquenchable fires of thought,
Lest our birthless existence be all for naught.
Our newfound vision begins to see the patterns,
Between the creases in the stone and the rings of the trees,
A world unsatisfied with a life so easily shattered,
Left to idly rot or wander aimlessly,
Without conscious tongues to...

Post-Modern Mordem
He's larger than life,
The face of equality,
Watching over us.
Surrender to steel,
Our utopia lies in,
Backyard industry.
Beware my comrades,
Our enemies surround us,
Wrap yourselves in Red.
The Party prevails,
Our salvation through labor,
The communist way.

Simple Miracle
Ahhh* that contented sigh of relief,
A well deserved moment to lean back in your chair,
Go ahead kick off you shoes forget about the mud underneath,
Flip on the t.v. you just grinded another 9-5 don't worry about the world out there,
Believe me it'll still be around tomorrow but not this precious moment of bliss,
Doesn't your wife look absolutely radiant in her flowery sundress and flowing hair,
So pick her up, spin her around share a passionate kiss,
Celebrate the day God's given you,
Let every minute be a blessing,
Revel in the simple miracles He gives...

Hong Se (Red)
The Red sun rises,
With the strength of a typhoon,
Our nation's blood's spilt.
Red lanterns and fans,
They ascended to heaven,
And now they're all dead.
Our Red, white and blue,
The standard of liberty,
And democracy.
Armed with their Red books,
Bearing hammer and sickle,
They march to freedom.
Under Red and blue,
United for a moment,
For the motherland.

Our nation's blood's spilt.

Pie
Cigarette stubs,
Smokey tips,
Humorous quips,
Forked tongue,
Studded sides,
Shaggy hair,
Transparent eyes,
Empty stares,
Cracked skin,
Serrated teeth,
Paper thin,
Ink underneath.
