I came up with the name Ameritini by putting together the words America (American girl) and martini (exbartenderess). My writings are either inspirational, erotic, or song lyrics.

YOU WILL
You will rise and you will fall.
It's enevitible because life turns in cycles,
it's the rule of thumb, if you will, for all.
You will laugh and you will cry.
You will reach limits and question at times
of a higher power, why.
You will make and break connection
with others all of your life
and there is one thing you will never forget...
How each one made you feel inside.
You will find something that you seem to do just a little bit more productively than everyone else, and another not so much too.
That's what makes you,...

Reflections
Reflections....are in the eye of the beholder, but to the water we are the same face looking into the liquid.
We are all made of blood, sweat, and tears
Driven by hopes, dreams, and fears.
Every day someone doesn't recognize the person staring back at them anymore and wonders where they have gone.
Others just see the new purchase or hairstyle
but don't take the time to look deep.
A story can't be told with just one peek
Just like it can't be written on just one sheet.
Each heart vibrates
Each soul glows
Each human being already knows ...
We are all made of blood, sweat, and tears

Through The Storm
☁Through The Storm⚡
Bright flashes in the darkness
violent thunder sounds as warning
and cold rain pours down my face
reminding me that I'm in a dreadful scary place
As my head hangs low I'm consumed by feeling there's nowhere to go
so I pray for the heaven's saving grace
Back to bed I went but couldn't sleep
instead all I could do was weep
There through my window a ray of light illuminated by my bed where I laid
and it brought with it a message of importance not to be delayed
Outreach I did and...

I enjoy waking up in the morning and facing the challenges life brings me every day. Goals bring me fulfillment, and I know what I want. The best way I can describe this feeling is an empowering energy deep inside my chest with a flutter in my stomach. Most people call this drive or ambition, I call it inspiration!
