POEMS AND SHORT STORIES
Little Flower
I saw a little flower
When I was in my garden
The stem was green
The petals were blue
It swayed in the cool breeze
I knew then it was spring
On the third day of spring
The trees had begun to flower
With the scent of rain in the breeze,
I sat in my garden
And I gazed at the blue
petals that became one with the green.
All around me is green.
On the fifth day of spring
the sadness in my heart blew
away. My feelings no longer matched that little flower
The one I saw in my garden
Now my heart,...
When I was in my garden
The stem was green
The petals were blue
It swayed in the cool breeze
I knew then it was spring
On the third day of spring
The trees had begun to flower
With the scent of rain in the breeze,
I sat in my garden
And I gazed at the blue
petals that became one with the green.
All around me is green.
On the fifth day of spring
the sadness in my heart blew
away. My feelings no longer matched that little flower
The one I saw in my garden
Now my heart,...

American
The little boy with big a dream American
The don’t forget about me American
The living to survive American
The I will strive American
The everything is better than something American
The something is better than nothing American
The gratification for my city American
The this is my reality American
The this too shall pass American
The working class American
The can’t stop won’t stop American
The small shop American
The graveyard shift American
The promised land American
The don’t forget about me American
The living to survive American
The I will strive American
The everything is better than something American
The something is better than nothing American
The gratification for my city American
The this is my reality American
The this too shall pass American
The working class American
The can’t stop won’t stop American
The small shop American
The graveyard shift American
The promised land American

Under a cherry tree
Under a cherry tree is where my love for you blossoms.
Your kiss,
sweeter than the fruit that springs from it.
Tingling on my lips,
nerves trickling down my spine.
When your lips meet mine
Under a cherry tree is where my love for you flourishes.
Your touch,
softer than the petals that descends from it.
Silk against my skin,
butterflies fluttering in my stomach.
When your hands intertwine with mine.
Under a cherry tree is where my love for you blooms.
Your eyes,
lovelier than the beauty that...
