some stay long..
while most grow cold..
i feel for one..
to get shunned by all..
the sun does rise..
and the moon does set..
yet i wonder why..
it's always so..
if things do change..
and ever evolve..
why won't it end..
..i'm screwed by one

..yet so alone
i'm in a world all mine..
darkness evoking..
steeling my sight..
shadows choking..
stripping my breath away..
..dear lord ..why must it be...

natures darkest mask - haiku
natures darkest mask..
a storm forming, far above
the sun is now lost..
as it stole the clouds..
dawning natures darkest mask..
it withdrew this day..
shrouding all its pain..
protected from all to see..
natures reminder..

longing to feel for one
look into my eyes..
do you see it..
can you feel my pain..
this anguish from within..
still unsolved by me..
the last piece far from hand..
you thought..
yet a mystery..
for all to see..
your eyes so soft..
deep and intriguing..
to yet any mans soul..
my thoughts of you..
grow evermore..
as I sit here alone..
in the shadows..
of an unforsaking light..
which burdens my soul..
with every breath I take..
I remorse to the time..
I say you first..
it puzzled me then..
and it puzzles me now..
as I sit here...
do you see it..
