The nature of energy
Einstein said energy can't be created or destroyed. That it is an immutable unchangeable fact. It is there.
While i agree that he is correct in his assessment of the nature of energy, and my knowledge of what Einstein said is secondhand , I feel that I should add something to this assessment of the nature of energy.
When it comes to the energy that fuels us, and when you break it down to a molecular level that is us and everything else, you might not be able to change it or destroy, or create it, you can certainly use it. You can also squander it.
and you can disregard and not use it and lose touch with it.
I believe that the body is basically a biological machine with certain basic needs to operate.
If biological then you're talking about water, light, food, and sleep, but it also runs on the energy that is at the molecular core of everything.
This is where the will to feed the body machine comes from. This is the well that is deeper than the physical being can produce.
It is a well in the sense that a water well in the ground fills up only because it taps into the aquifer that flows beneath the surface.
The pool is massive and the well is just the tap.
So if my personal well is a tap into an ocean of energy, then as long as my tap remains open and goes deep enough, I will never run out of energy.
The more I use, the deeper I go, endless supply.
So here I am on another late night ramble. Up late at night after working all day. Get up early and do it all again.
Everybody says I'll crash and burn if I keep living this way.
But the years fly by and I keep rolling on. Working till they run me off, then staying up late to write a song.
Sure I like my speed. Sure I like to fly. Hell yeah I like my weed!
If I'm awake then I'm probably high.
But everything is relative. It's not like I'm stumbling around.
I'm just learning how to go down deep, way past the surface of my well.
I burn it at both ends. I love to fire it up. You become more flexible, the more you bend.
