I wish....dear gods I wish

what do you wish to do when you retire if you're able to?

If i came to your house for dinner what would you cook and serve for drinks?

poet Anonymous

Chicken and chestnut mushroom in a white wine and tarragon sauce with fettuccini, olive & rosemary focaccia, and a nice chilled Prosecco. My signature dish.

Do you like to cook? (I find it so relaxing)
