any better phenomenon of/in nature than rain?

Absolutely, the lightening and thunder that at times accompany a storm but also dwell in the sky without the rain...  Majestic and  powerful. Lightening and thunder go exclusively together... One of the most influential phenomenons in nature

I like that question, how do you see it?

genuine honesty ( was for tribute question)

critique: I take it on board if it makes sense.

for me, Israel came about after a declaration by an English Lord. there was however many meetings between Zionists, Nazi's and British before hand.

evidence might suggest Zionist jews were complicit in the execution or kulling of its people who fell below lower middle class...

every single leader of Israel since the late 40s has been an outspoken Zionist with no regard for non jewish life. the leaders are the absolute axis of evil. and for all the power US presidents pretend to have. congress and it's upper house do Bibi's bidding.

just the financial package is staggering. then military hardware. and the veto every time Israel or Palistine comes up in the UN.

would that be a fair assesment ?

edit : oppologies, went on a bit there

if ever saw something which S P O K E and was clearly OBJECTIVE in its reality.

Fair.
Yes.

The tilt towards the left in Eire politics generally, you reckon was overdue? for it was impossible to imagine from an outsiders perspective,  a staunchly religious country to do that?

[no apologies needed for some answers needs some words]

woooaah lep way 2 derail....... I don't know about a tilt to the left in irish politics.

as for israel as i understand (probably pretty poorly) it was a fictional religious utopia (yes for zionist jews because everyone felt very bad about the war) and bad things happen when people try to magic up a promised land out of someone else's back garden.  if a guy starts living in ur shed n gets squatters rights to it and then decides he can have your house too would you consider that acceptable?

it's hard to know anything about it bc its so shadily suppressed & has been for a long time, it's mad how i and a lot of other people were pissing around ordering stuff off amazon without knowing that the manufacture of these goods was putting Palestinians on the street, out of business and funding 'defences' for israel

i'm not v smart to understand the subtleties and frankly it wouldn't change the fact that i support palestine.  sometimes politics pretends to complicate itself i think.

edit -- apologies profuse apologies. forgot a question.

the state was founded (in theory ) as a socialist state. the Gaelic leauge saw a revival of the Gaelic games and Irish as a language, along with theatres and the arts

at the moment the government means more towards the right. a strange thing happened after the last election.  the two main rival parties formed a government.

( be like UK Tories and Labour forming a government)

essentially blocking any chance of the left getting into government for the forseeable future.

but, to answer your question. Its long overdue but will be faught tooth and nail by the establisment.

how would I go about photo-ing a snowflake with my phone ?

Both and on the right day, maybe even at the same time!  I do enjoy a lil' poetic justice with my morning Joe.

What gets your giggle, a over dressed hussie eats pavement or a warm family dinner and drinks

I'll laugh at either...  Family dinner brings warmth and joy but watching someone (other than elderly) take a quick tumble can bring out a chuckle from me

I agree with you,  it's a matter of who you are,  where you live and what mood is present in that town or neighborhood as to whether or not you feel safe though out the day.
