My thoughts and feelings. I use it as a way to speak my words when I'm feeling tongue tied in a certain situation, especially if it puts me in a dark place.

What motivates my poetry???
Any overwhelming thought or emotion that I can't shake, whether it be happiness or sadness or the in between.

Therapy, simply put. Between my anxiety, OCD, and bipolar disorder, it gives me a means to organize my thoughts so that I can focus on them better. Usually my mind is all over the place, going about 20 different directions, most of which I want to avoid.

Mostly my personal life and experiences. When I get the urge to write something, I usually feel the emotion all over. The only way to relax when that happens is to write, even if the work is bad.
