You are free to assume your own personal theme; however, we will never impose a universal theme in the official challenge. The closest we come is in the adjacent 'Stomp the Prompt Comp' - where you will be provided with prompts you can select from if you find yourself dry. These entries can also be cross posted to your own personal page as well as the official challenge, as long as it meets the official challenge guidelines.

Feel the heat that's now arising
reckon though it's not surprising
given all the talent here
(helped by wine, a pint of beer)
