Spinach. I have spinach in a smoothie every day with fruit for the iron content. I am somewhat lacking. I grow spinach leaves too.

a Physical Journal -- For me, if i am so aged that i am unable to use cursive or print, then an indication i am well on my way to the next step in my journey.  Plus, one huge ass solar flare and there goes my digital journal  

Would You rather learn new tech or keep to old school utensils ?

I would prefer veggies over meat every time
If I had flesh I would find it hard to rhyme
I am just a plant based human-burger
