I think you are right in that balance is the key. Capitalism with a modest dose of socialism works well, but either in isolation would fail. Conservatism needs to be balanced with liberalism. Rights need to be tempered with responsibility and accountability.

As for the voting on bills idea. It is interesting, I suppose with electronic voting you could feasibly make it work. I’m not sure what the consequences would be. People are already apathetic about voting and really understanding the issues.

Child immigrants are being underfed in at least one of these facilities in Texas, and now Newsweek reports that the elites have reason to covet their very blood for longevity treatments. As a parent I find the matter chilling. I can’t imagine being a foreigner realizing what hell my children just stepped into.

What troubles me about that family is well the pedio Prince, Diana, colonies. they told the people God said they were better than everyone else and so will rule them.they literally take your money so they can live like kings
they own the geese, the fish, Deer, the land, their subjects etc
that said, totally understand many people are attached to them even in a small way because culture or some suchities. I would say (COVID rules not withstanding) there will be at least hundreds of thousands out to pay respects not to mention overseas

I do get what you’re coming from. The monarchy is a contentious issue here. Many of us don’t like what they are, or are indeed becoming (I mean Prince Andrew... Pizza Express in fkn Woking my arse) but at the same time... they are such a huge part of this countries identity. So it becomes hard sometimes. I mean I don’t really agree with them... but I do feel for The Queen on a human level. I mean if you lose a Husband of 70+ years...you’re gonna fkn feel it.

Queen is a remarkable woman, no doubt about that. a mechanic at 15 or something. have empathy for her loss. like you say it must be a great loss to her.
