Best we put that all aside, as looks like more of the same ole same ole I've noticed on other threads
I was hoping to do something different.
This not the place for these minor squabbles. Maybe later down the road when we are
sure of what we want happening on this thread.
We haven't even gotten a commitment from anyone to follow my lead and guidelines yet.

This was and still is not squabbling, but a direct response to your comment about me not being interested. Someone else squabbled about it afterwards.

Maybe on another site you have experienced a different way to participate concerning social media forum threads
As far as I can tell the only ones who COMMIT to threads are the hosts
then again the hosts don't always commit.
We are a group of people who have real life commitments, home, jobs, families who happen to have a passion for reading and writing poetry .
We participate in the forums when we choose to
if we feel we have something to say or feel we need to be heard
If it is interesting we will chime in

a) you say thanks for playing so cheerfully and then deny you are playing a game at all
b) you needle and insult on a personal basis unrelated to post content, and then say peace

Ahhh, I love the smell of Napalm in the morning.
Happy for my phone: so easy to take a peek at this thread when I go out and about. The peeks here and there made me smile over the weekend. Then too, I feel responsible for the well-being of this thread, so…..
Yep, I would like to put any squabbling aside and away from the work of this thread. Probably impossible to do all the time, but a bare minimum would be nice. I definitely want to keep random people who are not serious about trying to help me and the thread from jumping on to shoot off random barrages and disappearing until the next time they get the urge. That will be a problem.
At this point, I would like anyone interested, especially newcomers to DUP to take a look get at the starter information including the Rogan/Feinstein interview (Just click the link). Again, there is no hurry.
The immediate task I see is getting people onboard with some kind of commitment to consistently return to this thread with useful information and to join in a respectful conversation.
And so, everybody has said what they wanted to say. Nice. Whatever was written will remain for anyone interested, unless retracted or mysteriously disappears. Nice again. I enjoy reviewing progressions.
I will share one brief opinion: yep, it is a bad idea for a single ANTIFA supporter to hurt anybody, unless unjustifiably attacked. They should definitely not burn down any neighborhood liquor stores to make a point…this would be a crime against humanity.

Don’t really want to post a Joe Rogan Youtube video, but Eric Weinstein presents a model on far left (ANTIFA) and far right (PROUD BOYS) extremist groups that I see as a possible conversation starter for some who want to take this thread seriously. I don’t have proof but a strong suspicion that ANTIFA is just a bunch of grifting “offense contractors” - (yup, made that word up.)
And why? Because first they worked for PETA. Now BLM has had issues w/them. I know they serve someone’s interests. It ain’t for the People. It’s not to make social justice warriors able to connect with people emotionally...
Whatever’s up... the cause is just for show.
