This is a thread for those who are interested in the source and motives of the news outlets. I’m curious about what interests are being served when we are dished out our daily filter of internet information.
Should social media and the press decide what we think, share, or what information we can dig up? Should anyone?
Is the CCP running the liberal news outlets?
Is Russia influencing our media as well?
How much do you trust Fox, CNN, or any of the rest?
Personally, I think money, even bigger than simple governments represent, is controlling our access to information. I do think search terms are being suppressed by various interests as well. Is this good for us?
I don’t think so, but I’m more interested in what you-all think.
