The $35 insulin price does not apply to anyone who is not a senior with this specific drug plan.
President Biden is having this, as well as other orders by the previous administration reviewed. Nothing has been changed. Prices of insulin have not gone up because they were't slated to come down until 2021.
If the insulin decrease had already taken place, then President Biden would've been REVERSING Trump's order, NOT freezing it for review.
See how that works? See how things are taken out of context and then dissiminated by opposing forces?
