The above is a painting I did two decades ago, framed it in an original 1940's photo frame ( with the newspaper's of that same date on the back ) I found at an antique shop.

I found this very ironic for some reason.
Holocaust survivors get COVID-19 vaccine on Auschwitz liberation day
Seventy-six years after the liberation of the Auschwitz death camp, hundreds of Holocaust survivors are getting the coronavirus vaccines on Wednesday, International Holocaust Remembrance Day.
Survivors that were forced to flee their homes and endure Nazi death camps are now in their 80s and 90s, making them especially vulnerable to COVID-19.
The Israelitische Kultusgemeinde (IKG), the Jewish Community of Vienna, collaborated with the city's health ministry to honor its survivors with a vaccine drive on Wednesday. According to the IKG,12 doctors, all of whom are members of the organization, are administering the vaccinations to 500 Shoah survivors over the age of 85.

I read an article somewhere that said 900 holocaust survivors died of COVID-19 in Israel, but I did not verify it.

Just mentioned this because I enjoy science and I am currently playing CIV 6 as the leader Peter.

Anton Pavlovich Chekhov was born today, (29.01.1860 --15.07.1904)
Amongst much else, he gave us the notion in literature of "Chekhov's gun" -- "Remove everything that has no relevance to the story. If you say in the first chapter that there is a rifle hanging on the wall, in the second or third chapter it absolutely must go off. If it's not going to be fired, it shouldn't be hanging there."

That is a must in poetry when dealing with so few words - make as many of thrm as you can count!
