Iíd say somewhere between the two. Current bodily issues have me adopting a more plant based diet, which includes cutting out 90% of my dairy and red meat. So I find myself being almost vegan accidentally. But I canít claim to be one because I still have the occasional bit of chicken / fish.
I must admit, I do feel better on the majority plant based diet. Yesterday I ate something I wasnít supposed to by mistake and my joints just hurt all day. Mad how much food effects our bodies without us knowing it.
Would you rather learn a new recipe from a cook book or by experimenting in the kitchen?
