Here ya go
So you literally just slip it under your mask and because it’s domed, it creates more breathing space between your face and the mask. It certainly helps me and my asthma and I don’t feel like I’m sucking in cloth all the time. I believe I got mine on Amazon. Pack of 5 of them was about a fiver, so relatively inexpensive and the pack of 5 allows me to rotate and clean them daily. Just search “mask insert” or “mask bracket” or something like that.
I’ve seen some 3D printer guys making them as well to distribute to NHS workers who have to wear masks a long time also, so there’s plenty knocking about.
Hope this helps :)
Thank you, Missy, for the info and pic. I ordered some and I'm very pleased with their performance thus far, in helping me to breath easier when wearing a mask.

Well.
I legit had a very sad day.
However — to put a positive spin on things in amongst my 42 carat raging at the world, a friend of mine asked me to record a song for him agessss ago and I poured all my energy into that today. And I’m so thankful for it because it kept my shit together. And it made another person smile so that made me feel a bit better about stuff.
So yes. I have been allll of the feelz today. 🥸
