Oh god now you’ve asked 😂
Well... I’m lactose intolerant, and gave up most dairy about a year ago because of migraines. I also got diagnosed with a form of arthritis a little while back and I’m now watching everything that I eat. On top of that, I have 1 kidney and I’m pretty anaemic. Yay me!
I’m on a bit of a self imposed anti-inflammatory, iron rich diet and I have to say, it’s really working for me. Lots of raw fruit and veggies, limiting my gluten and red meat. I feel a lot better in myself and my mood.
I don’t have much choice in the matter now 😂
Would you rather try a vegan diet for a month or eat nothing but McDonald’s for a month?
