In honesty, the chat we were having about poignant spoken words over in the Loudspeaker Poetry group... spoken word makes me feel alive.

Why do you think the groups are so under used on DU?
Bluntly speaking the groups are kinda back rooms of the place,where there's usually very less foot traffic. The dungeons where only the ones seeking something bothers getting down to.

Probably the same opinion to be fair. I just think it’s a shame. So much good stuff there. I mean heaven forbid we might learn something... 😂

What would you change about DU if you could?
It's kinda asking me what you prefer- a manicured garden or nature reserve where things evolve on its own...am of the romantic school and kinda fatalist so the latter. Let it evolve.

My favourites — Sherbert flying saucers, liquorice Torpedoes and bubblegum bottles. I still love them now to be fair
Do you think with the rise in obesity awareness and sugar reduction in everything soon kids won’t have a favourite sweet because they’ve all been dulled down to nothing?
