Absolutely stunning images Ahavati and Luna. There is always something  in looking up to the sky, a reliable place for questioning, for answers outside of ourselves and our messes. Have been experimenting with layers of sky images and hues. A couple I worked on recently...again they are pretty panoramic, so would not appear great here,  so put them both together:

Gorgeous, nomoth. They look like oil paintings! Particularly that top one.

My father loved Turner and we had a few large prints in the house growing up. His treatment of the sky and the sun  has never been so equaled in my book. I don't think i will ever tire of any view of the sky.

Oh wow!  I wish I had a telescope to view the huge sky here; itís on my list to buy when I get back home, though.  That is fantastic, Ahavati!

Thanks, Luna, a camera with a zoom lens works too!

True; he could capture air with a brushstroke and just the right color. This is one of my favorites of his. Your photographic work has the same essence, nomoth: the seeking of the spiritual in all thingsóvisible and invisible.

Wonderful magical swirl of motion ,
via reflected reality and a lens...

Honestly , if you cropped the image down about a full inch ,
so the left hand branch disappeared , that would sell very well
as a professional photo art reproduction...

As a former major art dealer ( 1980's ) that is my humble opinion
