One of my absolute favorites Yellow Curry soup with potatoes carrots and rice sometimes chicken
Hot and spicy Thai chili paste
Side of crispy noodles and hot mustard
Thai - Gang Go Ree
Haha you'll have to check my spelling on that one

crispy catfish and coconut curry....
You can leave out fish if vegetarian, obviously
Potatoes, carrots, good quality fish sauce,  coconut milk and chili paste .. along with kaffir lime leaves, are key
fresh cilantro and lime juice...
you've got to char that lime then squeeze.
One of my best recipes and looks and tastes restaurant quality..

Vegetarian Nachos Bell Grande! This Violife cheese has rescued me from my cheese addiction ( which was standing between me and Veganism ). It comes in cheddar slices, shreds ( cheddar, Monzarella, Parmesan ), and even FETA ( which I cannot live without on my Mediterranian salads!

Now to overcome sour cream! :/
