That’s awesome. I had a similar looking large tourmaline piece and it fell victim to an unfortunate dusting accident. Got knocked off the shelf and split in two. 😩

There’s something so sleek about it though. I think it’s the ridging and how it flows in such a methodical manner. Just gorgeous.

Have you seen the watermelon tourmaline? Adds a whole other dimension!

Yes, I've seen the watermelon tourmaline. It's extremely cool. My sister is a crystal fanatic and has pulled me into her crystal collecting web. There is a little rock shop in the city over that I buy from, but mostly I get my crystals in auctions. I am currently bidding on a petrified wood heart that shows the wood grain beautifully. Fingers crossed that I win it!
I am also in search of a free form green opal.

Do you prefer the raw or polished? I am new to it all and still learning to identify the different specimens. Your pieces are quite lovely.

And I hear a horn playing the mournful song for your broken tourmaline.

I have to say I prefer raw specimens over polished. I like the history attached to a raw specimen. The journey it’s been on.

Ah yes, crystal auctions... I partake in a few of those too. Honestly. One day you buy a really pretty tiny rock. The next minute you’re selling your kidney for an amethyst cathedral.... 😂

Green Opal! Y’know I literally saw that on a crystal show on Facebook last night. It was a lot of dollahhh.

Cool that we’re both waiting on a petrified wood piece. It’s really beautiful stuff and has incredible history attached to it. I have some fossilised coral that’s millions of years old. It looks like little flowers. Check that out if you like the petrified wood 👌🏻

Holy gods, I'm dying over the bit about selling a kidney too true.

I do like petrified coral. I always see it in the auctions but he only ever has polished pieces, and I would prefer it unpolished. I love flower agate because it looks like little flowers in the stone. It's very pretty.

If i win the petrified wood piece I'll post a picture of it. I'd love to see yours when it arrives.

I’ll Deffinitly post my petrified wood when it arrives.

Here’s my fossilised coral - half polished, half rough, which is cool because on the rough side you can see all the patterns in the rock in more detail. I love that about it :)

That's so cool. Now I'm wondering if the ones I pass up are like this: polished on one side, rough on the other. I will have to investigate!

... if it is rough one side I also know of a black market body part specialist who will be happy to take your call. 👌🏻

The crystal fairy visited this morning 🤩

• Honey calcite (can’t stop gazing into it)
• Botswana banded agate
• Kambaba Jasper
• Petrified wood / midnight petrified wood flame

Earth never stops being as cool AF.

And a quartz bed for good measure. I’ve been wanting one with little tiny points for a while. Pixie size, as I call it.

There’s little flecks of pyrite and galena in there. Just beautiful.

Your collection has really grown Missy. All transcendent like.

Now that I'm mixing oil's to create my own personal aromas, I like to have crystals around me and clean air while doing so.
My sister bought me a crystal ball for Christmas, it is the size a photographer would use for effects.
I'm so drawn to a set of crystals from "The GlowHolisticStore" on Etsy, that I decided to buy them today. A treat for my birthday next month. I will put pictures when they arrive.

Your crystal ball is lush. I have a baby one, but it's nothing compared to your magnificent beauty I really like the stand that it's on too. I feel there should be more stands available now that the crystal market has grown somewhat.... bit of a gap in the market there.

Yes please post pictures, and happy early birthday!

My sister knows me so well. Whenever she buys me anything it is always so me. The stand is metal and I love it. I've not used it yet, but I will when the urge arises.

Thank you Missy. Of course the date connects with the same date as something for you.

I have all of these ideas in my head again to do stuff with herbs in my home, now I have turned it from a dark gothic place (from when I was in a dark place in my head) to a light and airy place (where I am now)
I only have communal gardens, so not allowed to plant in there, but I have this long cupboard in my kitchen, from ceiling to floor, it was built in with the property back in the 50's. I want to take the doors off, fit shelves, in a kind of bookshelf style, get long wooden boxes, like the huge ones my mum has in her garden only smaller, fill them with earth and plant seeds for all kinds of herbs. I have my own sander to sand the wood and plenty of paint. It will be my own open plan herb garden.

I'm hoping to get 7 raw crystals.
When you order them you can add a bit of info about yourself so she can get a sense of who you are and tailor the crystals for each person, so lets see if I get want I'm hoping for.
