Welcome to Setember's Classic Corner poll!  These names were taken from the previous list for male and female poets.  If there is a poet you wish to see featured, PLEASE ADD THEIR NAME TO THIS POST, and we'll feature them in next month's poll.

We would ask that you vote for one male and one female poet from the above list. The top female and male will be featured next month.

Here is a list of poets we have already held challenges about and earned themes for, so keep in mind there is no point in recommending them:

Bumpety-Bump. I'm throwing Xue Di into the mix for next month's poll. If there is a poet/ess you would like to see featured in future CCC's, feel free to drop their name here.

Also, Millay and Hughes' pages generated ( thank you, Webmiss )! The above directory has been edited to reflect their links.

That's exactly what we're looking for; I love discovering new ( old ) poets. I have heard of her but it was years ago. Sad to say, I honestly never got to her work. So thanks for suggesting.

That's great to hear. Feel free to suggest whomever you would like to see a tribute to. They may not all make it to the poll, it can be a slow process of turnover; however, keep nominating and they eventually will!

Looks like it's gonna be Fulton and Yeats, Poets! I am happy to see each one get at least one vote; they are all good poets of their own accord, you'll see them return with two new ones next month. So nominate nominate nominate!

Vuong was definitely the toughest on me emotionally. I still haven't recovered because I keep digging.  It will be interesting to see how you respond to Yeats! But good on you for braving Hughes and Vuong!
