Two on Hulu

Only Murders In The Building

and

Nine Perfect Strangers

So far I'm 3 episodes into each and both are A+ entertainment.

Got it saved to my Watchlist!

At first, I was like, Nah, based on the name ... because "Resevoir Dogs"... LOL

The title is what actually caught my attention! I thought it was a clever play.

Clever, yes! But it gave me reservations that it might be like the Tarantino movie!

Erm. No. It highlights the reservation life of four teenagers.

I can't really decide if I liked The Chair ( Netflix ) or not. . .

I recently watched and reviewed Cruel Summer for a friendís website. Itís a Prime teen mystery show set in the 1990s and about three summers in which a teenage girlís life falls apart. The popular girl at her school goes missing (in echoes of the Elizabeth Smart case), and then sheís accused on national television of having known the girlís whereabouts but not told anyone, allowing her to take over her life. Itís pretty engaging right through to the end and the Ď90s atmosphere is well done. Not something Iíd choose to watch since itís still very much a teen show, but the mystery was genuinely surprising. Trigger warnings for themes of grooming, domestic violence, and statutory rape, though.

I mentioned it about a dozen pages back - enjoyed the heck out of it! It was a challenge to keep up with the jumping back and forth between years. I'm glad they are coming back with a Season 2.

I think it's the ending I didn't care much for. I'm still not sure. I'll probably forget it by next week. LOL! That's how NOT impactful it was.
