No...have no desire to see that.

What is the oldest book You've read?

I read the Malleus Maleficarum (“The Hammer Of Witches”), which was used as God given proof of the existence of witches during the Witch-hunt hysteria of the 1600’s. It was originally published in 1487, but is now conveniently available in paperback on Amazon.

It’s a fascinating insight into the true barbarity of human belief. And the persecution of women to be fair. Heart breaking in places.

I’d say 1487 is pretty old.

What is the oldest possession that you own?

I have a box of letters that my Grandfather wrote my grandmother in the First World War. They’re priceless because they document all his locations, regiment numbers. Thoughts and feelings. Pictures.  Some of them still have mud on.

I was dead geeky and plotted his entire campaign across Europe and Africa on a map once. I’m such a fkn history nerd.

I don’t have kids but hopefully my Nieces will take them on.

How would you describe yourself in ten words?

Nope...I'm the calculating cautious guy
I'd watch my friends do the risky stuff then watch the fallout as well...learn from it.

On of the first was watching a girl in a pretty dress with her mother, disappearing into the thickets.
