Fact checking myself, it does contain the text shown. The point he is making is that there may be many more mild case not being reported, giving a true “how many people get it and then die number closer to seasonal flus”.
This information cannot however just be lifted from the paper without considering the note on infectiousness. Covid 19 is much much more infectious than common flus, so a lot more people get it.
10 jumps of seasonal flu gets 60 people crook. 1 dies.
10 jumps of covid 19 gives 60 000 people crook. 2700 people die.

Looks real. It looks to me like a medical system working very hard to be ready for an outbreak scenario. Right now there is an entire football stadium in Mexico full of hospital beds. Hoax? No. That stadium will be full of people in under 14 days.
Exponential growth is like that. Right now the US confirmed case rate is doubling every 2.5 days. They just hit 100 000 cases.
200 000 cases in 2.5 more days.
400 000 cases 2.5 days after that.
800 000 cases 2.5 days after that.

This growth curve is shown live on the John Hopkins or WHO sites.
It does not surprise me they are preparing flat out.
It will not be enough.
