I think the biggest thing this gave me last year was confidence leaping into bigger, bolder poems than I was used to writing. Previously, I had thought of myself as being a writer of very short poems, that require some kind of inspiration to occur. Now I am certain that I can write a long and meaningful (to me, at least) poem about anything that catches my mind during the day. Itís a kind of creative freedom.

i did my BEST college papers
while in intense crunch time (30 minutes before the paper was due!!)

Damn. I thought I was bad, waiting two weeks before it was due. 30 minutes? Yikes!!

I was usually somewhere between both of you, although truth be told, closer to Tallen. Oh hey, I should mention: this is my last month of college before I graduate in May with a degree in Accounting (necessary for my second career as a CPA). Took a midterm yesterday, trying to catch up on tax returns and assorted Accounting industry madness today.
