I agree. I have seen many who play with minimal knowledge and little concern for learning and practicing safely. Often nothing bad happens and they lull themselves into believing that they are safe, when in fact they simply beat the odds. The odds don't change with subsequent rolls of the dice, so each repeated unsafe act has the same risk.
