I just like a nice seasoning crust, so I always dust liberally with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder and paprika before grilling. Just gives the char some great flavour.
Have you ever eaten game birds?
Sounds delicious, though I tend to lean only with salt/pepper most of the time (with a char)
Quail , mourning birds, that's about it.
Game preference, Deer, bird, squirrel etc.? (style?)
