What's the best way to enjoy a snow storm?

Open fire, hot chocolate, kneeling at the windowsill watching it all from inside a log cabin in the woods with a dog the size of a bear.

How do you feel about Pluto and brontosauruses?

Glad to think that my elementary school learnings are not the full and final extent of the knowledge out there.....
But a little sad that tgere are people who might take it as a reason not to accept science.

Is time merely a human construct?

Yes and no. No, time is a measurable dimension and exists as much as width, breadth and depth. Yes it is a human construct in that even though it exists as a dimension in space our experience of it is subjective (and limited) to our human parameters of sense awarenesses.

Also, we perceive time as chronos and kairos.

What do you think about time?

I think humans need to define everything to give value and purpose including 'time'

Actually now! I have my dream job doing what I love from home, am practically debt free, my children and grandprecious are healthy, I have the love of a best friend, and there's nothing else I can think of that I would want or truly need.

Do you hang crystals in your windows to provide prisms across the room?

It's coming up to 23 years I have lived in my home and most of those years I have had crystals hanging in my windows.

A peaceful retreat or boozy, partying holidays?

Nope. Was scheduled for a sweat lodge a few years back and had to cancel out.  I would love to reschedule asap.

You?

I showed up with a bottle of pop (wouldn't have been too bad ordinarily but he'd only been cremated two hours earlier) and some bubble wrap (i liked to squeeze the bubbles ...make pop think he was still burning )

what's something you'd not like to hear on a first date

“Hey, is your mom’s name Cathy?”

Why do you think most CGI in movies these days is so corny?

Edit: I miss animatronics so much.

Because film studios think "action" and "effects" will sell movies, even bad ones, So, instead of being artistic, it's become a race to the bottom.

Are you an "outdoors" person or an "indoors" person?
