What is poetry to you?
To me poetry is life, raw emotions, sexuality, erotica, and music. You watch tv sometimes people say something and gives idea for a poem. So whatever you choose to define as is ok with me as long as you keep on writing.
A poem is written for the reader. It is not for any single person to define what poetry is in general, only to his or herself. If one reader reads a text and considers it poetry, then poetry it is to that reader, just like any other art, it is in the eye of the beholder.

That's interesting. In that sense, we all can be superheroes. Some poets get bitten by radioactive spiders in this society. Some withstand gamma ray bursts and find themselves often angry.
Either super sensitivity or super anger; some explore the animal within themselves, some channel their wrath into their growth.
But the question is, which one is real? The ordinary person or the poet in you?
