Melatonin at times, often I'll just get up and do something calm-reading helps to center and tire eyes, herbal teas for inner-warmth, warmth instantly puts me in cozy-mode lol

Do you think the definition of 'poor' have changed to define that if one doesn't have latest gadgets is defined as poor. Years ago poor meant you barely had a pot of food to eat, steak and shrimp meant for the rich, poor were lucky to have a chicken (if that) couple times a year, they wore the same clothes till it fell into shreds or someone gave you handme downs...anyhoo, do you think the definiton of being 'poor' has changed?

To certain generations, yes; however, I think to the older generation it has not. The definition of middle-class has changed more so than poor ( imho ).
