First book which springs to mind is Jack and the bean stalk. I read it in the back of family car on the way to the port, we were catching a boat to UK to visit grandparents. I'd a few from the ladybird series, probably Cinderella and rumplestilskin too

Yes I do, the moral message is basically the same. Religion sadly has been used as a means of control for far too long.
Killing each other over how or how not to worship the creator.
I don't need religion to till me how to praise God and be grateful for this gift called life.
