Coming down from what? If it's a manic episode, I crash into bed and don't wake up for many more hours than normal. When it was drugs, it was sex, or listen to music, or be silly as anything.

That’s an interesting one. On the surface, I have OCD — an anxiety disorder... but in the last few years I have faced A LOT of fears and have become a better person for it. If you’d of asked me a few years ago if I’d sing in public and start a podcast I would have laughed in your face.
It’s all about walking into the arena — being scared, but still showing the fuck up anyway.

Good, rather good. We/I seem to know each other and our quirks, habits, and addictions but can drive to make ourselves better. Still know to listen to gut feeling and intuition, but have a backup plan of logic or sense or facts to fall back on. Know we have not reached our full potential but happy that we are making waves forwards. Still tell ourselves to shut up and not think about it, when the sudden realisation of inevitable death rises back to the forefront of thought.
