Yes. I have been keeping a Christmas Cactus alive for three years. I got it as a Christmas gift from my two best friends (they're sisters). (I plan on growing more plants, like dandelions, clover, Pilgrim Roses, succulents, gypsophila, and many herbs for cooking and essential oils, once my schedule is not so busy.)

Pickled Beets, Chick Peas, Tofu, Seaweed, Fennel, Pink Salt, and sometimes a light semi-hot mango Vinaigrette. Mix thoroughly and Yum. No cooking required. The final product may not look good but trust me when i say it tastes divine!
