The article was interesting & very inspiring. I've known about the pony breed for a while, but up until now wasn't aware of their history (it's nice to know that there are people who care about preserving them). It seems like their case could have easily taken a similar route to the Abaco Barb's..another island based horse breed, which (if I remember correctly), went extinct in 2014~
