What's your opinion on volunteer work?
I'd say if the work is positive and productive it's a wonderful thing being voluntary and all . Personally feels great to contribute to an effort that you're passionate about and I wish I did more of it .

Do you have an opinion on a universal basic income ?

Absolutely, I have a very strong opinion. Universal anything, such as pay. Would require the world to place value in our own self worth. Leaving monetary means unnecessary.

What do you value most from our universe?
If I had to pick one it would have to be the ability to have connections with others . Whether it's the warmth of a lover or just the simple conversation to be had with friends . So , ultimately my existence and perception . Selfish I suppose ;p

II am treated as a human... I am humane, but I'm not very much involved "out there" as a society..
but with the few people I mix along with.. I guess they see me as a compassionate person.. feeding street cats and such..
What would you describe a human that've lost his/her humanity as? and what would be a reason why to have lost it?

I would describe such a person as inhumane, or perhaps dead(if by loss of humanity you mean loss of human nature). as to your latter question, i think lots of people are inhumane on accident, and those which are truly, irrevocably so.. are probably like that due to a series of unfortunate events and/or a natural predisposition for it.
