I'm quoting these two links because we've had a case of plagiarism regarding the sale of anna's book on Amazon. Not certain if Case's link is correct. Anna? Is it sold elsewhere besides LuLu?

Tim and I got ours through the Book Depository; we paid less than $4 [US Dollars] and honestly I would have paid a $100; it is that engaging ... pen on grin

also they said they'll apply any revenue withheld (idk why withheld) in the next 48 hours

it was just the distribution network it doesn't say what site but just not lulu.
