Would You Buy A Book of DUP work? ..
If the book was filled with suicide/cutting/I hate my life and all of that garb, (though this writing/subject choice seems preferable to the majority here on DUP) I would steer clear.
I voted for the second option.
Supposed it was all of the writers on here I adore to read from, of course I'd buy it (quicker than a heart beat)
but isn't that subjective to the taste of the individual? What I like is different from what you and she and he likes.
How would one find a way around this?

I am sure there will be.
I voted yes.
The book could feature a collection of five or so poems of each category we have on the site. That would probably clear up some whiney teenage poems.
Also we should have poets who want to be featured voted on, or let the people puting the book together choose from those poets. That could keep the book from having crappy writers.

o.k what about this:
the publishers know what the craic is, everybody that is interisted submits two poems(hopfully that brings it to the hundreds, and the publishers decide, can any one argue with that? as i thought. so be it then.

Levi...you want to be in the book, we get it, you've said it over and over, you want to be in the book, put Levi in the book, can Levi be in the book....chill out mate, we are talking a plan that might take many months, if not a year or more to get over the line. And, you should probably consider that so does almost every other writer on here (with the exception of the too coy Violet), yet they are not spraying the boards with their own messages in the same line...be cool hunny bunny.
As for Eamon's plan, yes, the publishers will have a major say who gets in...it is ,after all, their business to know what would sell.
